Credits and Refunds

How credits work

• Credits are used for features such as rendering a Short, an AI draft, a discovery run or an assistant message. Current costs are shown on your Account page.
• Free credits given at sign-up or as promotions have no cash value and can be withdrawn if they're abused.
• Credits are not cash, can't be transferred, and can only be used on Stream Autopsy.

Automatic refunds

If a paid action fails on our side (for example, a render error or an AI request that doesn't complete), its credits are returned to your account automatically.

Refund requests

• Unused purchased credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email [contact email to be added] from your account email.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop renewing at the end of the period. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
• Accounts closed for breaking our Terms aren't eligible for refunds.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
